I researched over 20 different surveyors all over Kentucky. James company was excellent and communicates very professionally. They will do a written contract, are extremely responsive on email, mail, and phone, and the end result is an extremely professional land survey with physical markings on the property based on an extremely old deed. You know what you are getting and they follow through. You get a printed and electronic copy of survey including gps markings. I am thrilled we hired his team. They got things done in a timely fashion even during the height of covid and now we have an extremely well prepared survey document.
